Submit an inquiry through our contact page. We review every submission and respond only where there is a genuine fit — we do not take every engagement.
Scope Assessment
We assess the project, situation, or connection need against our experience and network. If there is a clear value-add, we define the scope and terms of engagement.
Principal Engagement
All KIV engagements are principal-level. Krishen Iyer is directly involved in every consulting relationship — there is no junior team layer between you and the decision-maker.
